Currywurst is authentic German Thüringer Style Bratwurst cut to bite-size, served with french fries, covered with warm C273 curry sauce & served in a bowl with a rediculus wooden fork. Our vegan innovation is Curry Baked Beans. With a "Full Boot" you get all three - brats, beans and fries (and sauce of course.) With the "50/50" option you get to try two styles of bratwurst - the original Huller family recipe that is shallow fried to add crisp and a lightly smoked version of the same.

Spicewalla - Asheville - provides our spice inputs. Our foods are fully cooked to begin with, contain no preservatives and are gluten free.
